How it works
- Email contact@tibetan-singing-bowl.com within 30 days of delivery — we reply within 24-48 business hours.
- Tell us what is wrong (a photo or a short description helps a lot).
- We arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. If the item needs to come back, we email you a prepaid return label — you just drop the parcel in the mail.
Free returns by mail
Returns are handled by mail and cost you nothing: return shipping is on us, via the prepaid label we send. Once your return is on its way — or immediately, when no return is needed — we issue the refund. Depending on your bank, it typically shows on your statement within 5-10 business days; that timing is your bank's, not ours.
Faulty on arrival
If a bowl, set or mallet is defective when it arrives, you usually do not need to ship anything back — send a photo and we resolve it directly with a replacement or a full refund. A dented bowl, a damaged cushion or a split mallet head from transit all qualify.
What the guarantee covers
Any reason counts. "It does not sound the way I hoped" is a perfectly valid one — tone is personal, and even our testing process cannot hear it for you. Changed your mind, ordered the Singing Bowl Set when you wanted the bowl alone, picked the wrong mallet size: all covered within the 30 days.
