Refund & Returns Policy

Every Nadam order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your parcel arrives. If your singing bowl shows up faulty, or it simply is not for you, we replace it or refund it. Returns are made by mail. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, unless the bowl arrived faulty or is not what you ordered, in which case we cover it in full.

How it works

Email contact@tibetan-singing-bowl.com within 30 days of delivery — we reply within 24 hours.
Tell us what is wrong (a photo or a short description helps a lot).
We arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. If the item needs to come back, we send you the return address and you post it with a tracked service.

Returns by mail

Returns are handled by mail: you arrange and pay the return shipping, and we recommend a tracked service so we can refund you the moment the parcel lands. Once your return is on its way — or immediately, when no return is needed — we issue the refund. Depending on your bank, it typically shows on your statement within 5-10 business days; that timing is your bank's, not ours.

Faulty on arrival

If a bowl, set or mallet is defective when it arrives, you usually do not need to ship anything back — send a photo and we resolve it directly with a replacement or a full refund. A dented bowl, a damaged cushion or a split mallet head from transit all qualify.

What the guarantee covers

Any reason counts. "It does not sound the way I hoped" is a perfectly valid one, because tone is personal and the only ear that decides is yours. Changed your mind, ordered the Singing Bowl Set when you wanted the bowl alone, picked the wrong mallet size: all covered within the 30 days.
