Shipping Policy

US shipping is free on every order. We dispatch within 1-2 business days, and delivery inside the United States typically takes 7-14 business days, tracking link included. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland through the same secure Stripe checkout.

Every order dispatches within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If the parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email contact@tibetan-singing-bowl.com — we reply within 24-48 business hours and chase the carrier for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we reship it or refund you in full, in the same spirit as our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped within the United States never incur customs charges. For the other destinations we serve, any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address changes

Typed the wrong apartment number? Email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address before the parcel dispatches, and dispatch happens within 1-2 business days, so speed matters.
