Nadam collects only what it needs to deliver your order and answer your emails: name, shipping address and email address. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe, analytics are cookie-free, and we never sell or rent your information. To access or delete your data, one email is enough.

Who is responsible

What we collect

When you order, we receive the details needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address and the payment confirmation from Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and handled solely by Stripe — it never touches our systems. If you email us, we keep the exchange so we can reply and follow up; response times are listed on the contact page.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Who we share data with

Only the services required to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and analytics) and the postal carriers who deliver your parcel. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as US tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept only as long as they are useful for helping you, then deleted.

Your rights
