A lot of questions are already answered on the site, so you may not need to wait for us at all:

• Where is my order? Your tracking link arrives by email once the parcel ships. Delivery inside the US takes 7-14 business days — details in the shipping policy.
• I want to return or exchange something. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and returns by mail are free. The exact steps are in the refund & returns policy.

What to include in your message

To get a useful answer on the first reply, include your order number (it is in the confirmation email from our secure Stripe checkout), the email address you ordered with, and — for a damaged or faulty item — a photo or two. For everything else, plain words are perfect: tell us what you want to do and we will take it from there.
