The short version: prices are in USD, US shipping is free, every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, and payment runs through secure Stripe checkout. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. You can reach us any time at contact@tibetan-singing-bowl.com or through the contact page — we reply within 24-48 business hours.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The store serves the United States first, and checkout also accepts orders from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Shipping within the US is free; dispatch and delivery windows are detailed in the shipping policy. An order is accepted once Stripe confirms your payment. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Returns & guarantee

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are made by mail and are free — when an item needs to come back, we cover the return shipping with a prepaid label. The full process is described in the refund & returns policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Products & liability

Our singing bowls, sets and mallets are instruments for relaxation, meditation and mindful practice. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Products are provided "as is" for everyday consumer use, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

All text, photography and branding on this site belong to Animouf LLC or its licensors. You are welcome to quote short excerpts with a link back; please do not republish whole pages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We may update them from time to time; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
